india is great but indians are???????

I am is one of the Indian citizen. India is one of the developmenting country in the world... India is great but some indians are not.... Most of the people done our degree courses in India. Then Some people are join to the some foreign companies and they work to develop foreign companies not Indian companies and also they do not work for Development of India.... Even in Microsoft company the 45% of employees are Indians.... Why most of the Indians are not working for our India's Development.... If you are a true Indian develop our contry.. If you have any idea about this pls tell.........

If your are in the darkness of the night, which way would you go?....surely for the lights. Same thing happen to them. Before we help people, we must help ourselves.
And don't you think, where the money goes?....to their family in India. So the rapid internal currency cycling in India. For any country, the economic value per capita depends on the active flowing of the currency.
Let say for one big city, all peoples sleep and inactive after 9.00pm, means the currency is inactive changing from one hand to another.....the economy also having sleep.
For me let them working abroad, giving more chances for new graduates to have jobs locally. If you fights hard for nationalism, but you are dying in your own land.....no good point for doing that.
