im pretty sure the name is /i dont want to be and its by gavin degraw.i think thats a real nice song too.

I'm not sure if One Tree Hill's theme song differs from one country to another. The song for the said TV show here is Dreaming With A Broken Heart by John Mayer. I love this song.

i love the song as well it is my ringtone on my cellphone! I love everything about OTH and eve tried to convince my sister that she needed to name her daughter Peyton! That is such a pretty name!
