Funny habit of my cat. He is sucking his own arm.

It is something we could never make him stop doing this. He is sucking his hairs on his right arm like he is sucking his mom for milk. If you move his head a little bit then he starts to look for this part of the hair like closed eyes babies trying to find their moms breasts. Here is a picture of the moment. Doesn't he seem happy:D Tell me your cats funny habits more weird than this ..

Isn't he just licking his fur? Or maybe trying to scratch an itch? I don't have a cat, but I have a dog, and she often does that, usually to parts like her front paws and belly where she can't scratch with her paws because she can't reach them.
