Simple Habits...

One of my associate friends said me that our problems and sufferings are mainly due to ignorance of simple habits in our day to day life! I thought a little replied him positively. Friends, is it the fact? Please express your views on this.

Those simple or unusual habits are part of our day today existence and none of us is free from those routine affairs. Finding solutions or seeking answers for indvdual shortcomings would be a futile attempt.
