How do you get referrals?

how do you go about getting people to join mylot? what do you say to make it sound good to them so that they will want to join? and where do you go to find the people? any certain sites you use to advertise?

I would like to know this also, I do not have one referal under me on mylot, I have not really tried to get get any but I am open to any ideas that someone might have, I will have to keep track of this post to see what others are doing to get referals.

I just send out my url and if they want to join thats great and if not I just let it go

dear i don't do anything as i'm a collage student i gossip daily with lots of my friends. I just say them that people i'v got one thing that will give you profits from all sides these are Knowledge, Friends, Typing skills, Improving English, Coming arround various people from different-different countries and the main thing MONEY. And did i tell you thats all for FREE. Thats it.............!
