Adding a Blog on Mylot

I was just trying to add my blog on here and came to this fill in the blank: Feed URL - enter your blog's RSS, XML, or ATOM feed here.
Pardon my ignorance but my blog is on blogger and I have no idea what this means and it is required. Help?
