Vegas - Best Restaurants?????

Ok, I'm finally going to VEGAS!! WOOO HOOO!!! Since we are only going to be there for a short time, I'm looking to find out what the best restaurants are AND whether or not you need reservations for those restaurants. I have expert advice from my Uncle's who have traveled there dozens and dozens of times, so what I'm looking for now is more of your opinions. At this point, here is where I plan to try and eat: Emeril's - For our 1 expensive meal of the trip, b/c I love Emeril! and would love to try his food. This is one place though that NO ONE I know has been to so I'd love your advice. I know I need to make reservations. Toby Keith's Bar and Grill - Both my uncles said this was THE BEST restaurant in Vegas. So, I basically gotta try it. Is it good to go here for lunch or dinner? And do you think I need reservations? Margaritaville - I've also had recommendations to go here, and on top of that I wanted to check it out before I even heard anyone say to go. What do you think? Lunch/Dinner? Reservations needed? Any other awesome restaurants I MUST visit? Do any of them outrank the ones I mentioned? I appreciate all your advice!!!
