how to become a good leader?

im going to listen to my team so that they will listen to me. give and take relation. let them feel that im open for suggestions and im their friend but they have to treat me their team lead.

To be a leader you must have leadership and team building system and value. The following key of success; 1. You must stick to your beliefs and company's mission and never compromise your values, 2. As a visionary you able to set long term goal; a realistic, 3. Others rally around you to support your plan, 4. Your listening and communication skills are first-rate and highly respected, 5. You enjoy being a couch who fosters teamwork, 6. Part of your goal is to seek out new idea constantly, 7. You are comfortable with change (capricious) 8. Reinventing yourself is a hobby, and you engage in continuous in learning for self improvement, 9. Because of your sense of adventure, you are not afraid to take risks for the business AND 10. you must be able to relate to how things are for them where they are. You must be able to listen. If you dont have good comunication, things do not go well. Instructions need to be thoroughly explained. You must take time with your people. Some people grasp things at different times and it dosent mean that anyone is superior or inferior. The idea is to be encouraging,to answer questions and not to be too busy for those tasks. When you try to rush and push people too fast it often results in negativety.
