Sorry to hear that. Maybe you could soak in Epsom Salt when you get home. That should take the sorueness out.

you just need a good exercise so your body will get used to stretching and working out. so the next time you will play badminton you won't have any body aches. we (my family and i and my cousins) also love playing badminton. but that was before (like a year ago). now, we are busy in our daily activities that we can seldom play badminton. but we really love sports. we have done river rafting, wall climbing, badminton, ping pong or table tennis together. we are one athletic family. =)

I've never played badminton. It's not popular in the U.S., and it's a shame. I like to learn new things and I know a lot of other people do too.

Its getting popular here in the Philippines, even our company made a twin court for the epmloyees to use, so we play there for free and invite friends to play bdaminton with us. Its a nice game you would really enjoy it.

Sounds like your body maybe readjusting to the swing of badminton. If the pain continues, you can try aspirin. What kind of pain are you feeling too? If its the bones, you may need to increase your calcium and iron intake. If its the muscles, they may not be getting proper nourishment. Try upping your potassium intake in that case, its helped me and my mom before.

Don’t we all have days like these. I hope by now you’re feeling up to par. I have just began a new workout- treadmill and then stretching- I am telling you- my body in the morning screams- But it’s getter better day to day! So have no fear if you keep playing- you’ll be used to it in no time at all!

I usually end up with a sore achy body too after playing a sport I have not played in years. It's my body trying to get use to the movement, pulling this way and that LOL If you keep up playing the game your body will get use to it and no more soreness :) Hope you feel better tommorrow :)

I am so sorry to here you are hurting all over. My balance is so bad that I can not stand without falling over. I walk with a cane and some days I have to use a walker. Good luck with the clock. Good luck with the time speeding up.

oh dear... how do you know that your posts are deleted? there's no sorting function right? do you just go through your discussions and realise that some are not there anymore? I hardly notice, so I'm not really aware whether all my discussions are still there. don't worry about the aches. go get a sports massage to ease the ache. recently i ran 8km with lots of stretching before and after and still started aching and having trouble going down stairs (for some reason going up is ok). you're so fortunate to get to go home at 2pm! over here, office hours are from 8:30 am to 6pm. bleah.
