Nokia 5300 seemed bulky. I haven't held it, though. But usually the lock of the side tend to loose. The best one I've encountered yet is the Nokia 6300. It has the basic features of sending SMS, MMS, etc., 2 megapixel camera, good screen resolution, big text fonts, slim design. You can even change the text font size to large one. Really perfect, for me though. Very straightforward cellphone.. ^^v http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_6300-1800.php

As for me, I don't have troubles fitting Nokia 6300 on my pockets. Recently, I have noticed its flaw. It sometimes restarts when I take pictures, plays videos or while sending SMS. It's kinda frustrating sometimes since you have to retype the message over again(if it doesn't get sent). But then when you can check the 'sent items' section, you'll see that the message was sent. ^^v I've also used Sony Ericsson K750. I like the quality of the pictures taken with its camera. The memory is expandable. But I don't like the navigation key, because those kinds of joysticks are the ones which easily get busted. I think this one is a better bet: http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_k770-2052.php
