Take a break..have a kit kat? Yeah that's what id normally do besides listening to a jon bon jovi album. If im really stressed out,id pig out on loads of goodies. My drawer is filled with those "oh you melt my heart" snacks..you name it, ive got it...from a huge pack of M&M's to a gigantic pack of chips. Its a bad habit, i know. Im working on it,taking baby steps at a time. Im slowly transforming my goodies into health snacks. Baby steps... So what do you do when you're stressed? Got any suggestions on killing stress blues?
