Form a good habit

We can have good habits and bad habits."Early to bed,early to rise make a person healthy,wealthy,and wise." This is an old English saying.It tells us we must go to bed early and get up early.If we do it every day,we should be healthy,rich,and clever.Some people go to bed late in the night and get up late in the morning.This is not good for them.We must sleep when it is dark.When daylight comes,we must get up.This is the time for exercise.If the body is not used,it will be weak.Exercises keep our body strong. If you want to keep healthy,you must form a good habit.

I went to my local doctor recently because I have trouble sleeping, I am really a night time person and have worked shift work in my days which is not really good for you, she told me I should go to bed before 12midnight as this is where the air we breath and our bodies work in together, and it is the way nature meant to to do that is why it gets dark, the air changes and out bodies go into a relax stage, so maybe it is right.
