I'm 27 yrs old, if i'll go back and rewind my life to 10 yrs back to the past, have I achieved my goals? my answer is Yes. Ten yrs back to the past, I was 17 yrs old, and if you'll ask where i'll be and what i'll be doing 10 yrs from then, my answer would be simple, that at the age of 27 i'll be professional, had finished my studies, a mother and a wife, living a simple and happy life. Yes, I'm happy of what i've become now and of what i've achieved so far. Although I admit I'm not stopping here, I still have other dreams to achieve, but so far life is doing well. Ten years from now I see myself happy, a healthy me, family complete and strong, financially stable, business doing pretty well and spending quality time with my family and friends and have travelled the world. *smiles* If you think and look back 10 yrs ago, would you be able to say that you've achieve your goals? And ten yrs from now, how do you see yourself? cheers! :D

Let me see. In 1997 I was 33 years old, I had a few friends and even less social life. After that I found a lot of new friends and now my social life has changed a lot. I learned English in this period, and I got two works too. Now I have none. That's sad but it is not definitive. This week I made a big decision. I am going to move to another country. Looking back I regret not taking this decision earlier. But I think it is time to look forward since I can't change the past and I believe that everything happens when it is time to happen. In the next 10 years I will be able to do a lot of things. I will be 53 at that time, and it sounds scary. I'll try to make sure I will live every single day of these years to come. I already have the dreams and the plans :)

Hello! Everything happens for a reason, whatever happened in the past you can't change it and you're right about it my friend. Don't be scared, you know that if there's a will there's a way. You can do whatever it is that you want to do as long as you believe in it. Goodluck to your moving to another country. Wish you happiness. Thanks for sharing. cheers! :D

about 10 yrs ago I got my first job I was still finishing my thesis at the time. It was my first job a lot to learn and it was full time. I didn't know I could pass the thesis and yet I graduated and at the time I had worked for about 4 months. I graduated around the end of 1997. All I wanted was to get a good job and good pay. I planned to build my savings and have my own business when I retire at the age of 66. Instead, in the mid of 2006 I got the chance to have my dream business and I grabbed it. All I want now is keep my dream alive, for the sake of my family and my self. I'll be there when opportunity knocks and grab it. But for now, I can't tell you how I would see myself 10 yrs from now, it really depends on what kind of opportunity I grab and what fortune does it bring.

Ten years ago I was 26 years of age and in a relationship that was not going anywhere. I thought I had my life planned out as in a career, finances, a home, a family etc but that didn't happen till after I left the relationship (7 years). I met a wonderful man, moved to another country, got married, had a beautiful son, moved again to the USA and now enjoying life and taking any opportunity we can to travel and sorts. Even though I am not working, I have enjoyed being a stay at home mom and would not trade that for anything. My husband has a good job and is working hard towards our plan to buy our own home within the next 4-5 years. Not sure whether it will be here or somewhere else either. I know I have been blessed ten-fold and even though i still have a few goals to achieve, I AM SO HAPPY where I am in my life today - I owe that to God and to my husband :)

Ten years ago I was 15. I was 15 and my future goals were to graduate from high school and have fun and enjoy life. I've done that. I wouldn't say at 15 I imagined myself where I am now, but that's not a bad thing. I've never imagined the wife/mother thing because if I don't achieve it I won't let that ruin my life. I dont' know what I want to "be" when I "grow up" still! so I just imagine that I hope to, at 35, still be contented with my own life, no matter what it may be.

ten years ago i was 12. i always wanted to be a God fearing woman, have a nice boyfriend and go to college. now all of these are accomplished but the boyfriend i have right now is not the kind i wanted to have. if he continues his weird behavior.........i don't know but that will be something i will still need to accomplish. ten years from now, i also want to be married to the most loving man and be the best mother. i want to know God more, provide for my family and the less fortunate.
