We took our 5 yr old school shopping today. He is going to be in Kindergarten. We ended up getting some really good deals on clothes. He got 6 shirts with spiderman, pirates, cars ect on them that were Buy one get one Free!!! So I grabbed 4 for my 3yr old too. Pants were 6$ each. I saved 45$ alone on that trip!!! At walmart they had plain colored shirts for 2.50 each. So I grabbed a few of those too. Also got zip up hoodies by hanes for $5 each. He even got a cool flame hat for 1$ and a spiderman one for his brother for a dollar. Man I got all his shopping done and half the shopping done for my 3yr old too!!! I only spent 100$ total!! God I LOVE SALES!!!!!!! LOL So do you have all your school shopping done??

We got a little bit of shopping done the other day. My daughter wanted to buy school clothes with her birthday money, so we headed to Factory 2 U, and I'm so glad we did. They had cute tank tops for only $1, and the pants she bought were only $5.99 a pair. So she got two whole outfits, plus some erasers and a set of pens for under $18! Then we went to Walmart, and she got some under clothes and socks for less than $15. I love those sales too. We'd go again this weekend, but she's spending it at her dad's. Maybe he'll buy her a few things. LOL

OMG! I had to look to see where you are from cause I was in shock. My girls have their first week of school under the belt already. I am in Kentucky and school started this week for us. Those poor kids only had 2 months and 1 week off for summer break. So how long did your kids have? oh,...yes my school shopping is done, LOL.

i guess im never really done i remeber growing up my mom had a set amount of outfits we would get for the upcoming school year and shed stick to that, shed had to with 5 kids and being a single parent but as a girl i HATED that so i promised myself i would just buy until i felt they had enough usually that means starting with an empty dresser and going till its full atleast with my son and with my daughter its never ending and shes only 3 or almost 3. my son has to have 2 pairs of sneakers and my daughter needs to have 2 pairs of sneaker , 2 dress shoes and a pair of dress boots for the season. im obsessed with clothes and shoes and i tend to live that obsession through my children but they are always looking sharp!
