Actually, the title The Deadly Hallows - refers to the items that are hallows.. ie., the stone in Slytherin's ring, the invisibility cloak, and the wand. Godric's Hollow refers to the town. The only relations between the hallows and Godric's Hollow is the presence of the hallows symbol on the grave of one of the original brothers in the Hallows' story, which was IN Godric's Hollow, and the infatuation which was formed with the hallows by both Dumbledore and Grindelwald. And I thought the chapter was pretty good. I mean, in that chapter, we learn about Grindelwald's relation to Bathilda Bagshot (or at least we get the clue when Harry sees the old photo and recognizes him from the vision he had previously). We see Harry's home, and his first chance to visit his parents' graves. We also get some pretty cool interaction between Harry and Nagini-in-Bagshot's skin. Though, not as action-packed as the rest of the book, it still was a necessary detour to keep the story going, to explain more connections in Godric's Hollow.
