i've been suffering asthma since grade school, i had taken a lot of medicines, ventolin, berodual, combivent, and etc, i couldn't remember anymore. but as of i know i'm trying to get over it by using food suppliment. and i find it more healthy. try it with rejuvionate, green perfections. just go to this link: www.marclimps.juvio.com then look for green perfections. read it before using it.

I am confused by your diagnosis. Asthma and bronchitis are two separate diseases. Asthma can be caused by allergies. Bronchitis is not caused by allergies. If you are an asthmatic and you get a bad cold or 'flu, it can develop into bronchitis. That's the only time you could have both diseases at once. If you know allergies are the problem, then the most important thing is to avoid the things you are allergic to. This can be a hard decision if (for instance) you are allergic to your pets. The best solution is to give away your pets, but if you can persuade your cat or dog to take a bath once a week, that can make a big difference. If possible, get rid of all carpets and rugs in your house, and have only wood, cork or tile flooring. Have blinds instead of curtains. Keep clutter to a minimum so it's easy to keep everything clear of dust. Buy a vacuum cleaner with a Hepa filter (if vacuuming makes you sneeze, your vacuum cleaner is no good - buy a new one!). Everyone with asthma should see a specialist at least once, to have their status checked out and to receive a proper Asthma Treatment Plan.
