Early morning exercises was changed from the regular routine eg. jumping jack, etc. to doing choreograph dance routines for the prison inmates in Cebu, Philippines. Have you seen this? its popular now in youtube. This was one of their routines which is great. It was featured on the local news and one Ireland newspaper. Also they performed for special events in Cebu. I think what the Cebu's prison facilatators did had great positive effect on the inmates.
