How much do you drive your vhicle everyday ?
I myself drive very little . Only to drop my child at school and sometimes to bring back after school . This is 4.5 km one way . Additionally i use my car when we go to children park for mychild's entertainment . Another ocassion when i use the car is going to the physicians including ,of course, the paediatrician who is also 4.5 km away .
In last 10 months i have driven the car 3589 km .
For some it is too low a use of a car . There are many reasons for restrivted use of the car #1 being money . AMong the other reasons bad road condition during the renovation of the roads of my city is one . During the summer season water logging is another detterent to use of small cars inmy city .

Travelling at the same speed can help fuel economy there are also other steps you can take. You need to drive sensibly. Speeding, rapid acceleration and braking wastes gas. Using cruise control can cut down on fuel usage. You can limit the amount of idling this does the car no good. Try to reduce the amount you drive. Maintain your vehicle. Reduce the weight you carry in your car. I have heard about PT Cruisers. There are ways of reducing the amount of money you have to spend on fuel. I try to walk as often as I can, but when I need to I will drive somewhere. It is somewhere awkward to get then I will drive also. If I am late for something I will also drive.
