Assisted suicide

Who here believes if its the wish of someone to die but she is unable to do it herself, would you help her do it?
As a doctor, given the Hippocratic Oath, would you take part in assisted suicide? Why and Why not?

Yes I would take part as a doctor and even as not a doctor. I believe it is every persons right to decide when they want to end their life. I also think it is strange that when a pet of ours is suffering we can have it put down to end the suffering but if our spouse is suffering we can just sit by and watch them suffer, where is the dignity in that?
