how to display your picture ?

hi!! how to display a picture above my name which is at the left side of this post? I mean how to replace that default icon by my picture? I searched the mylot help but i got a page to post picture in my profile but i want it to be there when i make posts. I want everyone to see my picture who see my post. How do you do that?
