do you dance?do you prefer slow dancing or fast dancing?

Hi 3lilangels, I love to slow dance. I dont think I'm very good at it but I love doing it. I think slow danceing is so much more romantic than jumping around a dance floor trying to act like you know what your doing (like I do, lol). Take care, Terry

In my younger days I was a very good dancer. I can dance ballroom style or some modern style dances. I was very good at the twist. I won some contests. I also like disco but that became boaring after a while. I have no use for line dancing because that doesn't seem to have a beat. It seems like all they do is count steps and there doesn't seem to be any rythm. I am forty three with bad ankles and a damaged knee. This means no more dancing for me. I do like a slow dance once in a while with my husband but only one. It seems that more than that makes my knee acke. I remember when I first messed up my ankle. I got an award for doing the crutch twist. I was foolish enough to do the twist on crutches. It was fun but I could have really done damage had I fallen again. Lucky for me I did not. I still have the little trophy too. So for now I will just have to listen to the music.

Well I guess my answer to that would be it depends who I'm dancing with! I do enjoy a good, fast dance when I go out with the girls for a night out or whatever, - but if I'm wirh my partner I prefer to slow dance.

While it definitely depends on the music playing and the setting, I am much more likely to dance to faster music, and dance fast. Mostly, this is just me dancing around like a silly person. :) I do like slow dancing, I'm just rarely in a situation where I get the chance to do so.

yes,i love dancing..be at slow or fast..it all depends upon my mood as well as the surroundings .. i mean i enjoy both slow as well as fast dance..but if i am not in very good mood i prefer to dance slow and when i am excited i choose fast dancing..when nobody is watching me i can dance in any way..but when some people older than me are there then i prefer slow dance..as feel stupid if i dance fast in their presence..:-P

I generally don't dance, but when I do I prefer slow dancing as it requires less movement on my part. If I get into more complex dancing I start feeling stupid and when I start feeling stupid I get goofy and look like I'm having a seizure lol. So, yeah...I don't dance :P

I hardly dance, except at weddings or dancing in front of the Tv or when music is playing for exercise. I used to do those dances at school, but no more. I danced once with my husband, the worse dancers in Winnipeg, at my son's wedding. Yes, that was us. We went to our niece's wedding and his old friend from work came, and he went outside to talk to him while the slow music was on, and when he returned, the fast peppy twenty something music was on and of course, it was too much of a beat for him, so we sat down and talked. ' I did get up and did a few dance steps, but not on the floor. I am not slender, and I did not feel comfortable doing it in front of everyone else and the music was so jerky that only a few of the twenty somethings were dancing. I guess I have to wait until my other son marries, if he gets around to propose to a nice girl, to go dancing again.

Hi 3 lilangels, hope all is well! I would have to say that if I'm dancing with my hubby I would prefer a slow romantic song playing so I can hold him close. If I am dnacing with friends though a fast song is probably better lol.

i like free style dance. when i hear some Hip-Hop music, then i want to dance at once. and i think it is good for me lose some weights, although i'm not fat, but i want to become more sexy. i don't like fast dancing too, such as shaking in the dancing bar with loudy and fast songs. i think it is bad for my heart.

Actually I enjoy fast dancing..I do like to slow dance with my hunny around the house...

Usually, when there's a peppy number playing on the TV, i dance. I really feel shy to dance in front of people. I do it when i'm alone. I prefer fast dancing or what we call as break dancing, just as how you do when someone puts an icecube inside your shirt...LOL

It depends on my mood and activity level. Some times I go through periods of time when I like to slow dance and sometimes I go through periods of time when I like to fast dance. Each one is a different feeling. Slow dancing is beautiful. But fast dancing can create a natural high and make me feel better, especially when I'm down or upset. Interesting topic.

I would prefer slow dancing,sometimes fast dancing too.According to the situation my views would be changed in dancing just like heros/heriones in the movies............ what do say friend Am i right friend to this extent..........

I like both Slow dancing with my boyfriend and fast dancing with my friends ^^

In general I prefer fast dancing,I only dance slow music with my girl-friend.
