National Novel Writing Month, are you going to participate?

I have never heard of this, but it sounds like fun and just the thing to kick me into gear with my writing. I tried to check out the site but I got an error message so I will try an internet search. Thanks for the info!

I attempted it in 2005 - blew it then 2006 - I WON!!!!!! I'm finishing the edit and polish on that one while working on my notes for the new one It's just a few more days - I can't wait!

I've never done NaNoWriMo, though I have thought about it. I usually just discover that I don't have much in the way of ideas for fiction. Perhaps while everyone else is doing NaNoWriMo, I'll just give myself the same word count goal, but do articles instead. That might be a good challenge for me! :)

Old college try--LOL. I am going to be attempting it this year while in college. It should be fun trying to bash out two term papers plus the entire rough draft of a novel at the same time. Much to my surprise, I am not the only crazy college student doing this--there are about a half dozen students at Auraria Campus who are involved this year. Hopefully, my NEO shows up before the first--otherwise I am going to have to handwrite (then type it in) part of this. Good luck.
