Would You Wait??

Hi everyone!! I thought of this discussion on the way home from work today. I would like to know how many of you would wait for a husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend to wake up from a coma or if you would move on with your life without them. I know if I were in that situation, I would absolutely wait for my husband--no matter how long it took!! How about you??

MY husband and I have talked about this and I always say to him about pulling the plug. When would I do it. He doesn't want to stay alive in that case. Would I wait two weeks and then I know he would have woken up just the day after? I don't know what I would do.

This is one of the most difficult things to decide. If you love him, would you abide by his wishes or would you be hurting him?? Same thing if he would ask you to wait....I hope I never have to go through that. Thanks for your response! :)

That's the thing I would abide by his wishes...he never said how long to wait until I pulled the plug...so I could wait forever if I wanted!

I would definitely wait for my fiance to come out of a coma, if something were to happen to him. We recently had another relative in this same situation, and her "significant other" was less than a gentleman about it, although he claimed he needed to take care of her, etc. Yeah right!! She's better off without him.
