Does anyone here have TMJ disorder?

Incase you don't know what it is, it is a problem with the jaw being out of alignment and popping all the time and hurting. Just wondering if anyone else has it and what they do or have done about it.

I have it really bad, but can't afford to do anything about it.
When I was a young child, I dislocated my jaw very badly, and it has progressively gotten worse over the years.
One of my cousins had a surgery for TMJ, and I don't think hers was even as bad as mine, but I'm not sure. My girlfriend can't believe I can live with mine.
