Do You Have Rough Feet? (for both male & female)

*smiles* I am just wondering if you have rough feet. They are the most neglected parts in our body but at the same time they are supporting the whole body weight! I admit that I have rough feet (hm, how embarrassing!) because I am on high heels too much and I always forget to take good care of them. But I bought some cream recently to pamper my feet and hopefully they won't be too scary *laughs*. What about you? Do you pamper your feet?

durring the summer when its importaint to have nice feet is the best time to soften them up... i read some where that if you spend an hour a week walking through damp sand you wont have rough feet, sence i have been doing that i dont have rough feet. i also understand there is a salt rum you can get for the winter months if you wear open shoes all year around

Nice tips! But we don't have nice soft sand where I live, it's all concrete! Too bad! But glad to hear that it's working for you!

I take care of my feet invariably, I believe, it is the most important part of our body and must be taken care of. Good Post!

Right it's really the most important part of the body with the consideration of all those weight they have to support.

I'll admit it too! *runs to the rooftop* I HAVE ROUGH FEET TOO!! I'm not sure how though, as (despite some people's suspicions! lol) a six-foot burly guy I don't wear high-heels EVER! I've tried foot scrapers and pummice stones etc, but they never seem to work. My wife swears by drowning them in moisturiser wearing cotton socks to bed. Her feet are in better shape than mine, but still far from perfect!

*laughs* Of course you don't wear high heels! Sometimes walking too much would cause rough feet too! And your wife is right, soaking feet in moisturizing cream would help! The only thing is I can't sleep with socks on.

Ok, I will keep it between us and all the mylotters on this discussion *laughs*. Too bad that we don't have the olay body line selling here. I should really get the foot scrub from Scroll (at least it's famous in making everything related to feet!).
