lately, i have been seeing on television and also in some of our local restaurants the promotion of organic fruits and vegetables. do you know the difference of organic fruits and vegetables from ordinary ones being sold in the market? are there more advantages in eating organic fruits and vegetables and what are the benefits that we would gain from eating them?

to my knowledge organic fruits and vegetable are chemical free and they let nature take its course unlike the regular fruits and veggies wherein some chemicals are being used which in the long run is hazardous to our health.

I'm not sure of the benefits gained from eating organic fruits and veggies, but I do know when something is labeled "organic" no pesticides or chemicals were used in the growing process of the fruit or vegetable. It's completly natural.
