How to deal with relationships in the workplace?

Do you mean like a "relationship" or "friendship" either way i have never had a relationship with anyone at a workplace but as far as friendships I only have a few of those you have to watch your back in the workplace some people will do anything to get higher up

This new guy came n a few months ago and we do not get a long and there are a few others that he hangs out with that I also do not get along with, but we usualy only see each other in the mornings at lunch and when I leave the most and besides them I pretty much get along with everyone else I work with.
