If you had a house elf?

HEY thats a nice idea to have an house elf. If i had one, i would set it free but will ask if it is interested in cooking in my house. It would do all my fauvorite dishes. And i would want it to be my friend to share all my feelings. Afterall they are so kind and they would like to do anything for those who set them free. I dislike the very idea of having them as slaves.

After setting my house elf free, I would have him stay with me and we'd be pals. But I would encourage him to go if he had a chance to get a job with the Keebler elves--but he'd better not forget me, and he'd better bring cookies whenever he comes to visit!

If I had a house elf, I'd set it free then offer to let it and all its friends come live with me and help me out :) I think it would be so cool to have one. AT PEACE WITHIN

I would have him cook for me because I hate to cook sometimes so I go out to eat and end up eating badly. I'd pay him to cook me yummy but healthy things and to beat me if I don't exercise. I'd pay him a LOT!

Firstly, I have to say, JKR Fab, great lady. Secondly, yes I stood in the que for the finale. And to add a questions to your question, If you had a house elf would you ask it first it's opinion, Dobby was payed a galleon a month with a day off a month and rejected higher pay when he worked at Hogwarts. And would your opinion change if the house elf was like Dobby or Kreacher?
