Do you love to be healthy?

I try to be a healthy person and avoid from being sick but I just can't stop from doing all the things that is unhealthy. For instance I didn't exercise, eat lots of cheese and etc. How can I change my attitude to be more healthy than before?

Ofcurse,I think we all should stay healthy.I also dont do any execrise bcoz I have to do all house hold work so I dont think for any exerise.Always think that you are healthy it will keep you healthy.I always think I am fit whether I am sick.I dont think I am sick.

YES my dear friend, I love to be in healthy life. One formula and the miracle words; "BE MODERATE". Even medicines also must in correct doses, excessive will be getting disadvantages and futile. To be healthy while working at computer, wear a pair of reflexology sandal, enough drinking water intake and wash our face for every half an hour to slow down dehydration taken place on our face part as light ray travel in straight line even though we installed the anti-glare filter at our computer display screen.

Hi, It is the will power, that is root to be healthy, do excercise from good trainer or just go for jogging every morning. I do not see any merrit in dieting if you excercise properly. Never overstrain by excercise just do simple excercise every day you will gradually experience the change. As I had got that experience and now also it has helped me lot to avoid sick and other viral infections. Hope you will be more healthy soon.
