Can money buy fame

I too had seen those rich people are mostly getting the fames and as considered to celebrities.Still not all rich are bad. But some make money through the bad ways finally attains fame. But are rich they do not like fame so on goes the role of money and fame.But till basic root of fame, if given from the heart of the fans the money's role is mere zero. Still rich are buying fame through money in some situations. How is your views.

I think the initial fame which most get is because of their tallent as we see with most of the celebreties or singers but as they get fame they gather a good amount of wealth which i think has not been a key factor to fame. Yes money buys fame to those whose parents are really rich when they inhert that wealth and takeover the reigns of business this is the time when money brings fame to them.
