How many of you have 'in' jokes with your friends that are completely obscure and nobody else understands?
Do some of your jokes seem completely inappropriate to a situation?
My bestfriend and I absolutely crack up over the word bucket, or the colours green and orange.
What are some of your stories?

I have had in jokes and arcane knowledge. First, for my friend from childhood, 'purple' was the name for Dr. Pepper since we decided it tasted purple.
"What if I don't like corn beef?" and "Pick that up!" were part of some elaborate stories or skits that we did that I no longer even remember and for years used and giggled over.
Another friend and I had word/phrase associations, or personal meanings for, like "American Express." It was a "charge card" you never leave home without. We would see a guy who was really hot, and say he was an American Express card. Other dumb things too numerous to relay - and many I only remember when I come across the word or phrase in conversation.
Years ago, I put a story online called, Its Always Something. And one of the few people who read and loved it (everyone who read it seemed to but very few did) said that her friends thought she was crazy for always saying, its always something and mentioning alligators - so I had an in joke with someone I'd never met.
This one guy who was my best friend and I would have conversations, silent and spoken that no one understood. Sometimes it was how our eyes would meet after someone said something, a silent exchange as we both got some bit of humour or got something out of what was said - that no one else did. We would do crazy flirting too. We would make up seductive poetry in the moment and throw it at each other in competition. The other ones - all guys but me - in our 'group' would tell others not to try to follow our conversations as they would never understand and would in fact get totally confused.
Sorry no-one so far has actually answered the question directly.

You know, I miss the almost psychic connection I used to have between good friends.

An excorcism because they thought he was gay.
I have no repsonse to that.
Huh.
My turn?
Unlike everyone else who thinks they were an egyption goddess in a past life, I think I was an egyption priestess. Been told I was so they backed my delusion up. I was also told I was a warrior - they saw me on a mountaintop, full gear, throwing back my head and roaring.
Good stuff.
Alex is soooooooooooo sweet. He must love you yots.

Cramps from that stupid period BS that us women have the privilege of dealing with =P
Of course they are worse when I'm laughing... or crying... or doing anything that could use my stomach muscles in the slightest.
Haha, I love the fact that you went along with the game just in case:
I had cheesy baked beans and rice milk for breakfast.
I crave nutella.
I don't think my friends and I will ever stop having 'sleep overs'.. Or playing boardgames..
My sister and I, even though we live in the same house (or did before I kind of moved in with Alex), used to sleep over in each others rooms =]
I slept on a mattress on the floor of my sister's room for just under 6 months about 2 years ago, when we were having a 'getting along' period =D
Haha, I'd probably be scared if I were him too.
Lol, 7 years and just starting to understand =P
They had an exorcism for the kid?
Wow, that's just insane!
Although one of my mum's distant relatives did the same thing, thinking her son was gay because he asked for dollies and did his hair. Sure, he turned out to be gay, but who cares! =]
YAY thunderstorm!
See you later then, I'll just sit here with my heat-pack and Alex catering to my needs =P
There hasn't been any thunder or lightning in our rainy week yet =[
Such a disappointment.
