So I was sitting back in my navy blue dentist chair as I am waiting for my bubble gum-flavored fluoride treatment to be be finished. I have never been the one to enjoy having anything being shoved in my mouth for large periods at a time. (I usually hyperventilate. No one seems to notice this by me. Moreso, I have freaked out. As in I have cried, and I am not the one to sob in public. Anxiety runs in my family. [/end of ramble.]) In one of my other posts, it was clear that there were sides of people. One that supported fluoride because it something that I need. The other person on the other hand posted links how fluoride is not helpful, innocent little thing that helps people. Do you think fluoride is helpful? Or is something that is only bad in extreme amounts? Where does the truth end and the lies start?
