Indo U.S Nuclear Deal

The Indian Govt is having a hard time implementing the Nuclear deal,with some coalition parties not allowing the deal through,do you think the Govt should look into the constitution and find out some way or means to save itself from humiliation,from calling the deal off? and thus by some special powers save the deal?
