do you think it's "weird" for 2 people with a different race to have children?

For example; It just looks "wrong" when you see an Aboriginal man and a Chinese woman together and they have children. I have nothing against it, each to their own, but to me it just doesn't "look" right.

Well, I have dark blond hair and green eyes, my s/o is a red head with blue eyes. We don't look alike and we have ancestors from different countries. What's the difference? Just because our colorings both fall into the Caucasion category doesn't make us any more the same as any other couple with differing backgrounds. He has two nieces and a nephew that are considered to be "mixed". His brother's wife is of Asian descent. But she was born and raised here so she isn't "Asian". The color of one's skin, eyes, and hair says nothing about who that person is. The only couples I think are "weird" or "wrong" for having children are ones who don't love each other or who don't want to deal with their children.

Good answer :) but you know what i was asking; we call people Africans, Chinese, Japanese, Irish, ect, ect, but when a person has all of these races then i guess we call them "mixed race" to shorten it. But of course, we are all human, well most of us, not all, there are a lot of people that i wouldn't call human.

So true, but once people become "mixed" what do we call them. I don't disagree with mixed races, i am just looking at another side of it that's all. Different races have existed for thousands of years, maybe mixing them up is wrong, who knows. But don't get me wrong, i'm not agreeing that it's wrong, i am just throwing ideas out there.

They don't bother me either. I have never dated an African, Chinese, Indian or Japanese guy and i have never been attracted to any (except for guys that i've seen on TV).
