me i sleep at 8:00 pm and wake up at 5:00am i don't have any night life because Im busy with my studies.You? do you sleep early is it as early as me?

When I get home from work at around six pm I watch DVD's while resting a bit and sometimes I doze off. I then wake up and realize I haven't even brushed my teeth or washed my feet. Sometimes I wake up at around nine or ten pm and when I finished brushing and washing I don't feel sleepy again anymore so I watch more DVD's. It's not a good sleeping pattern because when I get up in the morning I don't feel rested well enough.
