No mate , having doubt is not a valid ground for marriage annulment . You got to have some evidence for her unfaithfulness , but since you quoted both are ready to end this relationship there wont be any problems . You both have to sign some papers and complete the formality . you dont even have to pay any sort of compensation since both are ready My sincere advise, dont take this step on the basis of doubt. Sit down and have a talk . I know how it feels while keeping a doubt inside your mind for long. So just spill it out and see if the matter resolves

What do you mean? Annulment of marriage can have different valid grounds depending on your marriage wellbeing.In other words the decision is entirely yours.
