when do you usually go to bed or get up?

i usually go to bed at about 11:00 in the evening,and get up at 7:15 in the morning. i knew that scientists suggest that the best time we go to bed is about 10:00 in the evening ,and from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am is the most important time for our body to rest.girls who want to be more beautiful should obey to it. what about your work and rest?

Sleep is very relative, 8 hours are recommended by the medical community but each person is different, I normally sleep 6 to 7 hours and on ocassion 8. I find that if I sleep much more then that I wake up all stiff and sore and my brain doesn't want to work the same applies if I sleep 3 to 4 hours. I have a friend who has to sleep 12 hours or her day does not work and another who only sleeps 4 to 5 a day. Different people need different amounts of sleep, however independently of how many hours you need sleeping too little is not healthy as your body needs the rest to replentish itself and the brain needs to rest.

Ours is a very hectic routine so its a very tight fit schedule,and we cannot have any other way other than sleep and get up early, no matter what we may want to do at times. Our schedule is like this we get up around 5.30 in the morning and sleep around 11-12 at night, but we catch up with the sleep inthe afternoon for another 1-2 hours making it at least 7-8 hours,which is our body requirement too. But those who do manage to get thier 7-8 hours of straight sleep are really lucky and they, i guess dont need more sleep in the afternoon as well. But on weekends our schedule changes and we do manage to sleep late around 1-2, seeing some movies etc, as we are tnesion free to get up early the next morning, and get up around 9-10 or so and have a lazy family morning, together. So no regrets of any kinds and each person to their own suitable times too i think, as each one has their own fixed timings of work, being awake and sleeping too.

I usually go to bed anytime between 1 am to 2 am. I sit with my comp for all those night hours and do whatever i can and settle down to bed at the time i have mentioned. And i am forced to get up at 6 in the morning every day because i have to leave to college. Yes, it means that i get only about 4 or 5 hours of sleep which is extremely unhealthy but i cannot help it. My situation is like that. Anyways, i sleep a lot in the classes lol!!

Rest is important but some people get along well without it.. well I am a student and you know not all the time I can get the 8 hour beauty sleep.. Then again I dont sleep much any way.. I go to bed like 2 am and wake up 6.00 now that isn't enough at all. I dont know how it will affect me just yet..about the beauty part maybe it works for others cause I look 5 years younger than my age .... and i dont have any particular diet.. i drink lots of coke and coffee... and I dont exercise regularly maybe onçe a month... Efects I am skinny and yet have a bulging stomach... What do you think... should i pay attention should the scientific researches about staying young and beautiful.
