I want to know that... my friend got them, a pair of tweezers and also a pair of high heeled shoes taken off her a few weeks ago and heathrow airport. Or should I just stick them in my case...? Thanks

Generally I would say that an eyelash curler shouldn't be any problem but different airports have different tolerance for "safe" carry-on things. So it's safer to just throw it in your checked-in luggage. I flew from San Antonio to San Diego with no hassle but going back, my bag got checked. Good thing I have my handy ziplock.

I would just put them into your suitcase if I were you because if they take them away and don't give them back are you going to be able to replace them easily or are you really used to the ones you have? I personally find it really hard to adjust to useing new tweezers and would be very irrate if someone tried to take away the pair I have, so I wouldn't take the chance.
