Does anyone here use LimeWire?

yes i use limewire all the time to download vidoes and songs that i want... i use this alot because i have had to replace my hardrive on my loptop 2 times and i lost everything and i only use all my music so what i do is get limewire and upload them all back again but now i just save all my music on my usb but i think limewire is great.. its just a big file sharing network. i dont why they would fie a lawsuit... maybe because... people copy songs from original cd's which your not suppose to do... but oh well... most of everyone uses it and its a great things.. its very usefull

Ares and Limewire is the best that i had used

I have used limewire for many years. I started using it right after napster went down. I have never really had any problems with other some of the downloads do not give me anything, this is due to the other person not knowing how to set it up right. I have never heard of the lawsuits, my understanding was this is not a US based place and therefore no one can sue them, because these stupid laws about copyright are all US based laws. No one own the internet, therefore they can not control it. I use limewire mainly for programs that I used on other pc's, then when I get a new pc I need the software again. my older pc's did not have cd burners or usb cables. So limewire was the best place for me to re-install the software.

I have been using limewire for months, I have had it last year and really being to use it when I need songs to download. My husband downloads movies, "naruto" and it just takes too long. But thanks to limewire it is very useful.
