Do you prefer Monday or Friday? Laid back or work-a-holic?

Are you the kind of person that can't wait to get off work and enjoy the weekend? Or, do you hate the weekend and can't wait until you can get back to work on Mondays? As for me, I hate taking vacations and weekends. And, I like to work. Well, maybe like is a gentle term for my obsession with working. And, it doesn't matter whether or not I'm working from home in my own business or for another company. The work obsession is always the same. Personally, I like working for myself, because I don't have to cut off work hours at the end of the day and I can work straight through the weekend if I want. There were times in the past before I had a little kid in my life, when I was totally lazy. But, now it seems like I am always moving and working and doing something at all hours of the day. Not everything I do is about making money, but it is about keeping constantly busy with mom duties, reorganizing, cleaning, etc. What's that old saying about a body in motion tends to stay in motion. Well, that's me! Alway in motion! So, how about you? Do you prefer working? Are you always trying to find new projects to do, even when it's not required? Or, would you prefer the laid back leisurely life?

I prefer the laid back leisurely lifestyle and look forward to the weekends, even if we end up doing nothing. I love it when my husband is home for the two days - its the best time in the weekends for the three of us!

I use to hate the week and look forward to the weekend, but that was back when I was in high school (hey, anytime away from the knuckleheads, I meant students, was good for me). Years later I'm at a good job and I'm doing things I like with people I like. Its now gotten to the point where I'm fine on mondays but I can find myself bored on fridays and saturdays (yes this is after chores). Usually I can solve this by going out, just anywhere is fine. Other times I just work on one of my many hobbies (the boredom sometimes results from figuring out WHICH hobby to tackle).

I love and value every new day, as it comes. There are never any two the same. Sometimes the Sun shines, and sometimes the Clouds are prominent, but every day is special to me. I value my life, and treasure each day, for I'm growing in wisdom and spirituality from the lessons they present. Brightest Blessings.

Not me- I’m 100% the kind that looks forward to the weekends- Time to spend relaxing with my family- Enjoy my daughter when she is still young and home- Sure there is cleaning to be done- but I try to do that when she is sleeping- and pick up each night- I want to spend as much time with her doing fun things- not working in the house or out of the house.

I love Friday's but not because it is the end of the week for me with working all week ( as I am a stay at home mom ), but because it is the end of the week for the older children that are in school . I find it a hectic week with getting homework done , making sure everyone has had their showers and just all the things that have to be done around the house so I love the end of the week when it is not as hectic and we can sit around more and enjoy the time we have together .

I love friday. i love specially friday evening. It comes means we will go out for dinner or buy some take away and have a different type of dinner, and it is the start of my weekend fun. So I wait whole week for this day and we totally enjoy the week end from friday evening to sunday night. I am mostly sad from Sunday evening....

I prefer fridays very much as I always look forward to the weekends and being able to relax and do fun things. I hate mondays with a passion. Weekends go by way too quickly. I would rather get off work and enjoy myself than be a work a holic. I am ready for tomorrow to get here already. LOL

I like the weekend better than the work week. Don't get me wrong, I like what I do, it's just that it's nice to have some time that belongs to me.

I work at home, and sometimes I work right through the weekend. It depends on when I have a deadline. I also still do the other smaller things that I do online to make money, even on weekends. But I do prefer weekends because I get to spend more time with my husband. During the week, I feel like I am a single mother of two. My husband comes home long enough to sleep and eat, and that's about it. Otherwise he is at work, or at the gym. On weekends, we relax and spend time together as a family. He also does things with just my son, and gives me some quiet time to do whatever I want. Usually I end up doing stuff online, though. lol

I live for the weekends and my holidays. I work on a "flexi" system so if I work more than my set hours I can take it back as holiday later on so although I don't officially start work until 8.45 I am usually at my desk by 8.10 a.m. so I add up the extra and it gets me some more free days. I always gat this sinking feeling around 3.00pm on a Sunday - I am sure its from the thought that I have to be at work again the next day!

I dread Mondays and often wish it was a holiday. I like Fridays because that's when everybody is relaxed. LOL. Everybody who knows me recognises that I am a workaholic. LOL. That's because I often stay in office many hours after knock-off time. It is true I am workaholic, but that's the past when I really worked through the hours. Nowadays, productivity is low during office hours as there were lots of disturbances. It is only in the night that I can get focused. And some of my time are now split to do some personal stuffs like mylotting. Shhh!

Of course I like Friday. As next day it'll be Saturday and it means that I can relax and enjoy my time with my family. Monday means it is a day to start to work hard again.

Well, I'm a more laid back person. I love my time off but I don't really do anything cause I don't have the money. So I work and as I work I pay bills which means I am always broke. If I could handle two jobs I would do so then I'd have more money But then I wouldn't have time to spend it. Which ever way I look at it I will always be working with no time so I guess I'm a work-a-holic. Unless one day I win the lottery but then I have to start playing before I can win.

I love Fridays..so I always say..Thank God its Friday..LOL,it's the last day of work which means weekend is coming..i could rest, I could have all the time for my personal tasks and activities. If I ahve a choice, I would love to have a small business and work from home, I am really beginning to hate the time-in and time out thing. I wish to work on my own phase and not worry about time.

I would prefer Friday for sure! Life is for enjoyable and I don't see why we all have to work that much (just to survive). I love Fridays because the moods are getting light and people have smiley faces in the office (instead of all those stressed faces). I usually catch up with my buddies on Friday night and we could yell at the bosses behind their backs (how fun!). I work hard during the week but still I don't see why I am working such a long hours.
