How many of you offer prayers daily? Or do you pray only in your moments of crisis? Do you have any fixed time to pray? Do you believe in meditating? I offer prayers twice a day, every day, followed by meditation. My meditation time can vary depending on how much time I have to spare. But in moments of crisis, naturally, the time for meditation increases. I feel good when I pray in the morning as it sets he rhythm for the rest fo the day. I've noticed whenever I do not give adequate time for meditation, I don't feel good for the rest of the day and things don't quite go the way I'd like them to go. Do you also practise meditation or any other form of prayer?

You are most welcome. I believe a lot in prayer and I believe that if you pray sincerely, with conviction and with a seeking spirit there's nothing that cannot be achieved. Its not just overcoming problems that prayer helps with but gives one lots of courage and strength and above all hope. As long as hope's there, nothing is impossible. Prayer improves us and helps us to appreciate and be grateful for all that we have and makes us more forgiving.

I do not pray that regularly but I carry my duties religiously. When I hacve some moment of peace to myself I just look up to the sky or even idols I have all around my house and tell God, how was my day and how I felt during the day. If I need something I just tell him to look in to the matter for me in his own spare time and that prayer for me. I have never felt that God has abandoned me ever. I feel he walks with me wherever I am whatever I am doing so may be thats why I never felt the need to put aside a fix time for him. How can I fix a time, I sometimes wonder- so many people pray to him each day, what if when I am praying and he is not free to listen. SO I just drop my messages and he looks at them in his own time. I hope I explained it clearly. Didi you get it?
