Violent videogames

You can find grisly video games that involve large guns and unimaginable violence almost in every game available on the market. I grew up playing most of the earlier violent games and i think i am normal. Do you think these games can really affect children?

I think where the problem is everything they show these days is way too realistic, and put it together with the amount in games and on TV and at the movies and add all the hatred that seems to be so ripe these days it is all a bad formula. It has been proven that there has been a few copycat violent crimes that have happened, I was brought up in the days when the good guy always won and there was always a good moral to the story today it is jus all hatred....

i think that how parents nurture a child can make the child more violent or not than the video games... parents should show their children that what they do in video games doesnt necessary apply in reality.
