Hi,
My favourite body builder is Jay cutler. He got some tremendous arms and looks awesome. But persoanlly speaking iam not much into the supplements or the steroids. I do exersixe a lot but iam more into nature.
I think exersixing naturally builds a good body and then you are risk free. Today everyone wants something artifical and some easy methods for size but that has some real hazards on the body later on.

Yes go for natural look only. Look everone dont ends up as a Mr universe so one has to set his priorities right.
