honesty and truthfullness

Honesty is fairness in dealing with others and refusal to engage fraud. Truthfulness means admiting everything without changing single details. Is there any difference in honesty and truthfulness?

Honesty is for the men to upkeep their humanity in all ways for the best things to happen their lives. Truthful is for only the duties towards family,offices,selflessness and humanitarian things.

Yeah sure there is a great difference. Where HONESTY is affectional(INTANGIBLE) and TRUTHFULNESS is an effects(TANGIBLE).

I don't think there's a difference between the two, honesty and truthfulness. Except for the spelling of course :-) There can maybe a difference in the way we used it to describe/termed a person but other that I don't see any.
