Have you ever had something just praying on your mind? Something you need to talk to someone about, but cant find out how to do it? Then you finally get the courage to talk to them and you cant be around them? Does it just eat away at you because you cant let it out? Do you fear how they will react? The things they might say. How do you start a conversation like that?

I have something like that and I talked to someone on this site about it and I feel better about it, the person is no longer in my life so even though I have gained a new pospetive I can't talk to her, it has been a long time since I have seen her and it does eat you up inside if you don't say something which is important enougth for you to even think about it for more then a week.

I understand what you mean, and I have the experience like you. My suggestion is that you can say something about others as begin, then change the topic to what you want to talk gradually. I think this maybe will a good way

yea i do that sometimes. but with this particular subject, its kinda hard. i dont want certain feelings to get hurt, or even mine for that matter. thank you for your response.

It all depends on what you want to say. There is no good way to say I cheated on you. Otherwise take the Nike approach and just do it.
