Do you have bad allergies?

I used to get at least a couple of sinus infections a year, until my doctor put me on prescription seasonal allergy medicine year round. I was basically allergic to the place where I lived (the town/region, not my apartment). Oddly enough, that was the case with a lot of people who lived there, so my doctor knew how to treat it. Since I moved, I've had much less trouble with my sinuses, and have been able to discontinue my prescriptions. I will occasionally wake up a little congested in the morning, but not seriously badly. Though it depends on your specific allergies, either of those options might help. But moving isn't always an option, so I'd talk to your doctor about going on regular prescription allergy medicine to keep your sinuses "dried up."

I do but they are fairly easy to control. I have skin allergies. Certain soaps, lotions and makeup break me out with welts and itching. I pretty much know what they are and just avoid using them. Have a good day!! AT PEACE WITHIN
