I was recently in an accident in vermnont, we were hit by someone who had "drifted" in to our lane. Now, while I suffered a minor injury, bruised ribs and organs in the lower left rib cage from the seat belt, it did put me out of work for a few weeks, still nothing major. Anyway, all my friends are screaming lawsuit. Personaly, i believe that is the exact reason auto insurance and medical inurance is so expensive here. All Im after is to have my medical bills paid and my time missed from work compensated for. I don't believe in the mental trauma or pain and suffering thing, I find that to be trivial and over used. I was wondering however, exactly what I am entitled to and what everyone else would do in this situation.
