Have You Ever Given a Teacher a Bad Review?

For all those who have attended or are currently attending college, have you ever gone through the teacher evaluations at the end of the term and totally given a professor a bad review.
I have never really. I will give 'neutral' comments if a teacher did not really inspire me, but I guess I've been lucky in getting teachers, at least during my undergrad studies, that were at least knowledgeable enough to teach the classes they were teaching.
But this last professor I had was totally atrocious. The worst part is that this is a graduate class, and she just did not know what she was doing. She came to class unprepared, was nonsensical in her lectures, and her grading scale was undecipherable. Usually, it takes me 5 minutes to fill one out. This time, I was there for almost fifteen, writing another essay. it was not just me, a lot of other classmates did the same...
Have you ever done that? Have you taken the time to really give a teacher a bad review?

Yep.. Once i did during my college days..but though it happened some fifteen years back.
I think it was the last day of a Semseter and one of my proffessor asked to give us the feed back, and therefore he gave us a plain white sheet and asked us to write about what we feel about him, and told us you may not write your name in it, if you think that you dont want to expose yourself.
All the guys wrote,that his teaching was nice fearing that he may find the identity by seeing the handwriting in the paper..
But i simply stood up,and told him point blank, " Sir, you never cared whether we are following the lessons are not, and your voice is very monotonous and moreover it is hardly audible.."
Hearing this.. that Master stood stunned..and some how managed the situation..

I have a few times. I had a math teacher last year who did not teach. He stood at the front and asked us what we wanted to know. And then he would get off topic all the time. Also I had a teacher last semester who taught an Intro to Education class and she did not help us at all. We were constantly confused as to what we were supposed to be learning. Unfortunately I don't really think the evaluations mean much.

Oh yes i have. When teachers teach, we can appreciate their effort. If teachers teach too well, we can always give them a positive good review. But if teachers call themselves as teachers and dont teach or teach in a very bad manner, i would definitely give bad review. I have given it to many of my teachers who dont know much about the subject.
