How can Nicole Ritchie spend a little over an over in jail be considered justice

The judicial system in California is really ridiculous. I read the news this morning that this girl spend a little over an hour of her 4 days sentence in jail. This system is really unfair. If John Doe down the street had the same charges, he would of spend more than an hour. They are just using the over crowding as an excuse. I am even hearing talks about Lindsey Lohan spending the same or less for her offense. I guess they have to kill someone for them to spend more than a day in jail. Any one out there buying this over crowding in jail crap share your thoughts on this issue.

This is all crazy. I mean all these rich people are getting off for stuff like this. I mean they could have killed someone while driving and the judges or officers aren't taking that into account? They are just reall stupid. I don't care who you are, whether your rich or even the president of the united states these people should pay for what they are doing. These young girls, Paris, Lindsay and Nicole are like a hazard for the community. they just need some serious help and "real" people to tell them to stop and help them out.
