Are bad decisions always made against Indians

Why always Indians are victimized by umpires. It seems as England is playing with Umpire as extra player or as main player in their team. See thee latest example of Sachin given out on 99.

No i dont think bad decisions are always made against india. We may say that it is unlucky to have bad decisions against us like this but it would not be true to say umpires have something against india that they always give wrong decisions to out throw the team.
